The entry form should be completed by one, designated captain or manager. Names of team members are not required for initial registration. Specify the division in which the team will compete.

The registration fee per team is $280.00 if registered by April 30, 2010 and $320.00 thereafter. All registrations and fees must be received before May 8, 2010. Completed, signed entry forms should be returned with a single check or money order in U.S. currency payable to:

All runners must sign a waiver and release of liability form that will be sent to team members. Upon receipt of the completed entry, the team manager will receive a race package including a more detailed explanation of the course, each leg and roster forms.
