We invite you to participate in this unique event. Efforts have been made to create a memorable experience for all participants. The CWWR allows runners capable of completing 5K, the opportunity to participate in a long distance event. Advanced runners are similarly challenged, providing an opportunity for runners of different skills to combine their efforts on the same team. 

The relay team consists of 8 runners, with each completing three segments of approximately 5K length. Runner 1 runs the first leg and passes the baton to runner 2 who runs and passes the baton to runner 3 and so on. Runner 8 hands off to runner 1 and the sequence continues through the end of the race. The emphasis on team effort creates a sense of camaraderie unique to this type of event.


Team incentives!!
Any team that brings in a New team will receive $25.00 in Chamber Dollars. These can be used at any Chamber Member Business (places like restaurants, hotels and convenience stores) same as cash.
